Wondering Where to Eat Sydney? Corridor in Newtown!

I love Corridor for many reasons; its owned by the loveliest couple who have grown up in and around the suburb, its quality food and drink for great prices and the atmosphere is general "no wank", which means no attitude, no bad vibes - just happy friendly people in a small space.

The owners Tessa and Mike have just welcomed baby Jack into their family, and have their hands full rearing a child- but they always find time to pop into the bar and check in on their other family; the staff and customers.

The chefs only use fresh produce from local boutique suppliers, top of the range alcohols and offer a selection of $10 cocktails that vary from day to day. So head on into the Corridor next time you're around King St and let them recommend a drink...or two!

Morning Coffee

I've recently moved to North Bondi where coffee is 50cents more expensive then when I lived in Surry Hills! Coffee is not the only thing more expensive but it is the only thing i buy every day. Although most days I make the treck into Surry to get work done, I still end up buying my coffee from a little spot on my street for two reasons: 1. Its GREAT coffee! 2. I want to support the little guy. If i live on the same street as an amazing coffee shop and am going to a cafe half way across the city to get my coffee... then what is everyone else doing..?

I want to know ... what is YOUR morning coffee routine!?!?

'14 Treasured Eateries in 14 Days' - #5 bRU Coffee

Its actually day 7 of our '14 Treasured Eateries in 14 Days' but I had a break over the weekend to actually enjoy these eatieries (as sleep) so today I give you number 5 on our list...bRU Coffee in North Bondi!

This place is tiny... like seriously little, but what they lack in size they make up for in good coffee.
They also offer pastries and and small snacks and a friendly atmostphere which is most important.
You will more than likely find a bunch of people lazing around the front and spilling onto the streat, happily drinking their coffee's and having a great old chat with their neighbours.
